Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only for size or colour issues. Exchange is also available if you receive a wrong or damaged item.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, and refunds are not provided. Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
Conditions for Exchange
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact
- For wrong or damaged items, an unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel is required as proof
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the required size or colour is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of equal value
- Custom-stitched or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange
Exchange Shipping
- Wrong or damaged item: shipping for the exchange is borne by Mansi Fashion
- Size or colour exchange: exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
