We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹70 per order across India. Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Mansi Fashion will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Re-shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us due to an address error.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours with your order number and the video.
